Refund Policy
All Vista Riser™ orders are made to order. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Why No Refunds?
Each unit is produced specifically for your order after payment is confirmed. Because it is custom-manufactured for you, we cannot restock or resell it, so we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns once the order has entered production.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at andrew@xtdemocenter.com with photos of the issue.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If it cannot be located, contact us and we will help investigate. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately at andrew@xtdemocenter.com. Cancellation is only possible before production has begun.
