1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing Vista Riser™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
2. Products & Made-to-Order
Every Vista Riser™ is made to order. Production begins after your order is placed and cannot be reversed after manufacturing has started. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in US dollars (Canadian orders are shown in CAD at checkout) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase and is processed securely through Stripe.
4. Shipping
Orders ship after production is complete. We will email your tracking number when your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. No Refunds / All Sales Final
Because every unit is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at andrew@xtdemocenter.com with photos and we will work to make it right.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for the stated limited warranty, products are provided "as is." Vista Riser™ is an independent third-party accessory designed for the WeCreat Vista and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by WeCreat.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
